Nothing was missing and there were no weird mixups. Definitely check your order when it arrives like you should with anything, but mine was accurate and I’m happy with it.

The site seems legit, and they did answer my question, so that was good. I still felt like I had to, uh, double check some reviews before placing an order though. Nothing really seemed shady, it’s just not a brand I fully trust yet.

To be fair, they did respond and they were polite about it. They walked me through it, and I eventually got the issue taken care of. The only downside was that it sometimes took a couple days to hear back, which was frustrating because I was excited to start playing right away.

The violin looks really nice and the sound is decent, but am I the only one who has to keep tuning it over and over? It seems to slip after I’ve been playing for a little while, which gets kind of annoying during daily practice. It’s not a bad violin, just not as steady with tuning as I was hoping
